Job summary

The role offers a salary of circa £52,000, a fixed-term contract for 2 years, and dynamic working conditions with 3-4 days on-site and travel across the UK estate.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Diploma (Level 6 preferred).
• Membership to IOSH ensuring CPD is in place.
• Understanding of the role of Principal Designer (IMaPS/CMaPS beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Implement CDM 2015 Regulations in projects.
• Assist in self-delivering Principal Designer role.
• Travel across the UK estate to support FM team.
• Assist with accident investigations and compliance audits.
