Job Description

This role involves managing project control generation and maintenance, including PID, RAID, Plans, and overseeing delivery and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Planning, defining, controlling, and tracking milestones for 3UK OSS, Core Networks, Infrastructure, and IP enabler projects.
2. Forecasting and managing 3UK financials.
3. Interfacing with Partner Management for commercial propositions and coverage.
4. Collaborating with Central Programme PMO for financial tracking, PO raising, re-forecasting, and PO requests.
5. Enabling capability realization across BAU1, BAU2, and BAU3 phases for Infra, Core, OSS, Transport, and IP Enablers.
6. Supporting knowledge transfer and transition to new Managed Service Integrator to ensure compliance with processes and SLAs.
7. Overseeing Service Integration Work-packages and ensuring governance and technical assurance of service artefacts.
8. Managing third-party suppliers, conducting interlock sessions, planning reviews, and escalation management.
9. Ensuring governance and technical interfacing with Core Network, OSS, Infrastructure, Transport, and IP Domains align with 3UK strategic policies.

Skills & Experience

Experience with Managed Service Providers, Partnership Management, and strategic planning is essential.
