Job summary

Hill Group UK is seeking a Senior Contract Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of large-scale residential developments, from pre-start to final account. You will manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments and claims while mentoring Trainee and Assistant Surveyors and supporting a high-performing commercial team.

• Strong forecasting and reporting skills for project cost control.
• Understanding of subcontract terms, procurement and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial delivery of residential projects from pre-start to final account.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments and claims.
• Prepare and review cost forecasts, valuations and outturn summaries.
• Mentor Trainee and Assistant Surveyors and contribute to performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, contract terms and ISO9001.
