Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Lead Contract Support and Performance Manager for a Hertfordshire contract. The role focuses on governing contract performance, reporting against KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across governance, PPM, CAFM data and financial processes.

You will work with operational teams, suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and service excellence on a full-time, office-based basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract performance management and governance.
• Ability to produce clear performance reports and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and contract administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract performance monitoring and reporting against KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain governance documents, registers, risk logs and action trackers.
• Oversee PPM schedules and statutory compliance requirements.
• Manage CAFM data integrity and contract information.
• Coordinate with finance on invoices, WIP and commercial reporting.
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders on performance and governance.
• Develop the Contract Support and Helpdesk team and drive improvements.
