Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead Contract Support and Performance Manager for a Hertfordshire-based, office-based role. The post focuses on ownership of contract performance, governance, and support functions across a busy account, with collaboration across operations, suppliers and client stakeholders.

The role drives service excellence, oversees performance reporting, ensures contractual compliance and seeks continuous improvement to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monitoring and reporting of contract performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Produce governance and operational reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain governance documentation, risk logs and action trackers.
• Coordinate PPM schedules and support statutory compliance with actions tracked.
• Manage CAFM data and ensure accuracy of contract, asset and maintenance records.
• Raise and reconcile purchase orders and supplier invoices per procedures.
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders on performance and governance matters.
• Identify service trends and opportunities to improve contract performance and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations with the operations and supply chain teams.
• Coordinate estate changes and asset updates across engineering and CAFM teams.
• Oversee WIP, debt management, chargeable works and reporting with finance and operations.
• Review subcontractor performance and cost information for governance meetings.
