Do you want to develop your career in a dynamic and global FMCG company? We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Contract Manufacturing Manager to join our UK Business, whilst working as part of a wider International team of 5 colleagues.

How you will make an impact

Reporting directly into the Director of Contract Manufacturing, you will support our UK business market to fulfil the effective and efficient supply of Arla products through third party partnerships that are not manufactured within Arla sites. This includes the sourcing and onboarding of new third party supply partners or contract manufacturers & packers, ensuring that these partners work consistently to the high Arla Foods manufacturing standards, KPIs and contractual arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full contract manufacturing process, supplier network, and strategic alignment with UK business plans.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring agreements are implemented and performance is monitored via KPIs.
• Participate in global workstreams and cross-functional projects to enhance cooperation and support international business goals.
• Ensure efficient daily operations between suppliers and end users, while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Provide expert advice on supply chain, commercial, and quality matters, building strong relationships at senior levels across the business.

Who are we looking for?

• You have atleast 5years’ ofexperience within cross-functional project managementand aminimum of 3 years’ of experience within FMCG
• Experience managing Global Contract Manufacturing in a similar size, fast paced FMCG business
• Be strongly decisive and able to make decisions that benefit the end-to-end supply chain throughout Arla with an adaptive and flexible approach
• You have strong experience within project management of complex, cross-functional projects.
• You are a team player with excellent stakeholder management capabilities and knows how to create followership across team members, stakeholders and senior leaders.
• This role includes regular travel across the UK as well as some international travel
