Qualifications

• Experience in Building Services industry.
• HV Authorised Person preferred.
• Completed recognized formal Electrical or Mechanical training to at least City and Guilds level.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and building operations for electrical and mechanical plants/services.
• Conduct regular reviews of operating procedures.
• Maintain quality throughout the facilities.
