Job summary

Tigermed in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced CRA to lead site management, initiate trials, and monitor progress in accordance with ICH-GCP and study protocols. You will conduct SIVs, train site staff, ensure proper documentation and safety reporting, and coordinate with sponsor teams on study materials, budgeting, and contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology or Biology related major.
8+ years CRA experience.
Strong understanding of GCP and trial operations.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Site management including site selection, initiation (SIV) and clinical monitoring.
Perform pre-study visits to ensure eligible sites per sponsor criteria.
Conduct SIVs to train site staff and ensure protocol compliance.
Ensure PI/staff compliance with safety reporting per protocol and ICH-GCP.
Track recruitment to meet targets across studies.
Perform monitoring visits per SDV plan and coordinate with sites.
Coordinate timely study materials supply to sites for start-up and conduct.
Assemble site-specific EC submission dossiers and submit to EC.
