Job Introduction

Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

Location: No Fixed Location (UK-wide travel required)

Salary: £51,000 – £60,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Driving Licence Required (must be over 21 for insurance purposes)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You’ll Do

Transformation & Operations

  • Design scalable resourcing and delivery models across hard, soft, and food FM services
  • Align UK systems with global Sodexo platforms for a seamless, integrated operating model
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to enhance process consistency and service quality

Data & Insight

  • Build insightful reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI) that drive smarter decisions
  • Eliminate non-value-adding reports and focus on data that tells a compelling story
  • Translate complex analysis into clear insights for operational and senior stakeholders

Continuous Improvement & Culture

  • Drive a culture of improvement through coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead and support improvement projects across sites and functions
  • Partner with internal teams to embed best practices and digital solutions

Essential

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background in continuous improvement, analytics, and service optimisation
  • Proven experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable process improvements
  • Experience working within an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results iteratively.
  • Skilled in Power BI, Microsoft 365, and integrated reporting tools
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Experience managing multi-site improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel across the UK

Desirable

  • Experience in government or regulated sectors
  • Qualifications in finance, statistics, or data analysis
  • Experience with structured project methodologies and external vendors
