Job summary

VodafoneThree is seeking a Lead Content & Information Architecture Manager in Newbury on a hybrid, full-time basis. You will define content strategy, governance, and information architecture while leading a team of content specialists and partnering with Digital Growth, Product, and Design.

You will shape the future of content across Business Digital, champion best practices, and drive data-driven improvement and customer outcomes in a regulated telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading content strategy or content operations.
• Expertise in information architecture and content governance.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, especially Contentful.
• Proven ability to drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
• Experience building and leading content teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience working in agile digital delivery environments.
• Telecommunications or regulated industry background.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior content authority for Business Digital and define standards.
• Lead content strategy, governance, and operating model across digital platforms.
• Define requirements and roadmap for CMS and tooling, including Contentful.
• Oversee user-centered content that supports key journeys and KPIs.
• Define long-term information architecture for multiple channels.
• Lead and develop content designers, editors and copywriters.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Design and Marketing to align journeys.
