Maison Sport is seeking a Senior Content Marketer to grow our presence with a core focus on video content for social channels and YouTube. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling and analysing all content across video, email and collaborating with our PR agency to gain coverage for the company.
This is an AI-forward role; you will design and build automated systems that scale content operations and reduce headcount growth. Flexibility and a proactive approach are highly valued.
Maison Sport is aiming to become the largest snowsports provider in the world, and the numbers back it up: growth has averaged more than 30% a year for the last decade. You'd be joining a team of people who genuinely love skiing and snowboarding, working at the forefront of tech in an industry that's historically been slow to catch up.
The culture is ambitious and holds people to a high standard, but it runs on trust: flexible working, and you're judged on what you deliver, not hours at a desk. We also take time off the mountain seriously, with a minimum of three company-wide off-sites a year, proper trips to country houses across the UK where the whole team gets together.
We are looking for a Senior Content Marketer to continue growing our presence across all types of media, with a core focus on video creation for social channels and YouTube. You will be responsible for creating, scheduling and analysing all content, across video, email & working alongside our PR agency to gain coverage for the company.
This is an AI-forward role. Beyond using AI tools day to day, you will design and build the automated systems that let the content function scale without proportional headcount growth.
We have had a lot of success in the content space over the last few years and therefore we want someone with a proven track record and experience in the role.
We are looking for someone that is forward thinking, constantly accessing changing consumer and social media trends, alongside a willingness to use the latest tools on the market to assist with content creation and editing.
Understanding and knowledge of the ski industry will help, being able to ski or snowboard to a good standard is essential.
Understand tracking and how it's implemented and work closely with our Data Analyst on reporting and analysis. The Analyst owns the accuracy of reporting; you direct it, defining the KPIs that matter, setting expected outcomes, and building forecasts that tie activity to commercial results.
We want a builder, not just a user. You will design and implement the automated AI systems that run the day-to-day of content operations: using agents to assist with drafting and iterating copy and creatives, providing insights to content gaps and creatives, pull together keyword and audience research, turn performance data into insight without manual reporting and support SEO/GEO content production at scale. You should be comfortable connecting tools together, through APIs, automation platforms or custom scripts and agents, rather than working manually between them, and confident owning that stack: deciding what to build, what to buy and what to retire.
Significant budget changes and new tests are signed off by the COO. It's your responsibility to bring a clear, evidence-based thesis when you want to reallocate budget, scale spend or run a new test. The strategic case is yours to make.
