We’re helping the masses to join the electric driving revolution and we need your help. We make it totally hassle free to switch to electric driving by giving customers the whole EV package. Car, charging, energy. The lot.

We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead our small but mighty content team, helping us deliver world-class content of all shapes and sizes to attract and nurture prospects into becoming customers.

You’ll work across our salary sacrifice proposition, targeting both businesses and employees within those businesses, as well as our D2C proposition.

Please note this is a 1 month contract with the potential to extend on an ongoing basis.

What you'll do...

• Shape our content strategy, working alongside our Head of Marketing and Growth
• Strategist to segment key audiences and determine the right level of content personalisation for them
• Partner with marketing team to create world class content that aligns with our overall marketing strategy, and can be used across multiple channels
• Lead our Content team, which is made up of in-house Content Creators, Designers and freelance Copywriters.
• Help them to manage their priorities and workflow, maximising output and efficiency of the Content team
• Support our team to create assets and content that we can sweat across multiple channels
• Support the whole marketing team to up our game in content creation, both with regards to quality and quantity of output
• Get hands on editing, shaping and writing copy
• Partner with the Marketing team to test and learn what content and formats resonate with our various audiences

What you'll need...

• Excellent communication skills: you need to write compelling briefs for copywriters to respond to and sub-edit content, and create content from scratch
• Self-starter: able to thrive in a high-challenge, high-support and fast paced environment
• Leadership: you’ll be confident in managing our brilliant content team (both in house and freelancers) to maximise output and quality of work
• Hands on: you’ll be happy to plan and communicate content strategy alongside writing customer-facing copy
• Passion for customer experience: and appreciation for the magic we can deliver through content; always focused on the customer need before business requirements
