We’re building a better bank, and content is one of our most powerful tools for growth and trust
At Zopa, we’re reshaping how we show up to customers across every digital touchpoint – from first impression to product experience. Our website, app and CRM channels are now key growth drivers and strategic levers.
We’re looking for a Senior Content Manager to help us deliver a joined-up, effective and human content experience. You’ll be hands-on with content creation, but also own messaging frameworks, influence cross-functional teams and shape how we scale.
You’ll start by supporting multiple product areas and then become the go-to content owner for one of our core verticals. You’ll help define how Zopa’s products are experienced by what we say – not just how we say it – and ensure consistency and clarity across the journey.
This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, performance and brand. You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-looking team with the ambition to set a new benchmark for fintech content in the UK.

We're on the move!
Towards the end of 2025 Zopa will be relocating to a brand-new headquarters at 20 Water Street in Canary Wharf. The 44,000 square foot workspace will foster collaboration and inspire creativity for our 900 employees amidst our 2025 growth blitz.

We value face-to-face collaboration and a good work-life balance. This hybrid role requires you to come to our London office 2-3 days a week.
