Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking a Senior Content Editor to lead the creation of our flagship magazine from our London HQ. You will own the editorial direction, curate stories, and oversee editing, writing, and proofreading to deliver high-impact content for a European audience.

You will research industry topics, interview sources, and coordinate with the design team to deliver polished issues. A bachelor’s in relevant fields and 5+ years in magazines are required, with a path for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding results preferably within journalism, communications, marketing, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience with outstanding performance from a magazine or media company.
• UK work permit required.
• Outstanding writing, editing and creative skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Well-organised and able to structure and prioritise your work.

Responsibilities

• Copywrite, write, edit and proofread content for magazines.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibility will be to build the greatest physical magazine which entails that you:

• Thoroughly research industry-related topics and ideas for stories and articles
• Interview relevant people
• Copywrite, write, edit and proofread content for our magazines
• Construct the magazines including photos, design and artwork (with help from our Graphic Designer)
