Job Description:

In this role on our global content development team, you will be responsible for both AI-driven and traditional content development activities. You will provide input for the development and enhancement of AI software, utilizing AI tools to generate and curate test items, engage in prompt engineering, and collaborate with AI specialists to refine content algorithms.

You will manage multiple projects such as client-centric prompt engineering experiments and may lead small projects to address integration challenges. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams on exam programs, monitoring scope and deadlines, and escalating risks as needed.

You may facilitate in-person and virtual workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to write and review exam items and assemble examinations. You will evaluate test items using assessment best practices and statistical data.

This position significantly impacts the company's business interests and will shape Pearson VUE’s approach to integrating generative AI in test development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilize AI tools and traditional methods for content creation and curation, ensuring quality and standards compliance.
• Contribute to AI research and design for content development in high-stakes exams.
• Integrate AI-generated content into existing systems and support adoption.
• Perform quality checks on AI-generated and traditional content.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and provide feedback to AI teams.
• Train and support content developers and SMEs in AI tools usage.
• Collaborate with testing teams and other departments, providing timely input.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of intellectual property.
