A leading housing provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Content Designer to spearhead efforts in user-centered content development. In this full-time, hybrid role based in Farringdon, London, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance digital product accessibility and effectiveness. Senior Content Designer - Permanent, Full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £63,801 - £67,158

About Us:Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is one of the UK's leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services. We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers across London, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.
This role:As the sole Content Designer in the organisation, you’ll take the lead in identifying our users' content needs and delivering accessible, user-friendly content for our digital products. You’ll advocate for the user by championing plain language and accessibility, and conduct research and testing sessions to make evidence-based decisions.
You’ll work directly with internal senior stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements and translate complex information into clear, concise, user-centred content that meets business goals.
You’ll lead on the content governance process, defining workflows and roles/responsibilities for how content is created, reviewed and published across the business. This will involve supporting colleagues to create better content by providing templates and reusable content patterns, and holding workshops and training sessions.
