Senior Content Creator

The Senior Content Creator will play a key role within the Creative Services team at Bray Leino, responsible for the production of high-quality video, audio, and still photography content across all of the Agency’s clients and brands. Reporting to and supported by the Head of Creative Services, the role will involve working closely with Producers, Client Services and Creative teams to develop engaging and impactful content for a variety of online and offline channels.

Additionally, the role requires strong attention to detail & commercial awareness, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. Working collaboratively with Creative & Client Services teams, the Senior Content Creator will help drive efficiencies and best practices within the department, in line with the Agency’s growth ambitions.

• Develop and produce high-quality video, audio, animation and still photography content across multiple platforms.
• Operate stills & video cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to ensure professional-grade production values.
• Work closely with Producers and Creative teams to execute engaging and innovative visual content.
• Manage post-production workflows, ensuring assets are delivered in the correct format for broadcast and digital distribution.
• Identify new and emerging tools and techniques to grow the department’s capabilities and efficiency.
• Adapt and respond to evolving content requirements, maintaining flexibility in project execution.
• Line-manage members of the Creative Services team, providing mentorship and support.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to support the Agency’s growth strategy.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the creative vision.
• Manage and maintain the Agency’s equipment resources to ensure hardware reliability and readiness
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed, to support content production.

What we are looking for...

We welcome candidates with experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and other creative audio-visual tools, particularly in one or more of the following areas:

• Video editing and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• 3D visualisation using software such as Cinema 4D or Unreal Engine.
• Video production expertise, including knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound techniques & equipment.
• Stills photography, including composition, lighting, and post-production.

A solid knowledge of broadcast workflows in advertising is essential, alongside a strong understanding of content creation across multiple platforms.
