Job summary

Citi is seeking a highly motivated Container Security Engineer to join the Container Security team in our technology division. You will engineer automated security solutions that secure and harden internal platforms while reducing friction for developers in their daily lifecycle.

You’ll improve the container SDLC for internal developers from an image scanning perspective and partner with centralised platform teams, DevOps and developer communities to drive firm-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift in production environments.
• Strong understanding of secure software development and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable container security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analysing, architecting, building and enhancing container security tools and platforms for Citi and developers.
• Owning scalable, reliable security solutions across the organisation.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Operations and platform teams across time zones.
