Job summary

Black Cherry Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Consumer PR Account Director for a multi award-winning comms agency in Manchester. You will lead a team, steer integrated campaigns, and nurture client relationships across FMCG, sport, retail and lifestyle sectors.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the Manchester office, 2 days at home. You will shape strategy, manage budgets, and empower junior staff to deliver world-class PR, influencer and social campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong earned media background.
• Experience leading fully integrated campaigns including PR, social and influencer.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong client relationships, advising on marketing and communications strategies including PR and social media.
• Lead delivery of winning communications strategies to match client briefs and KPIs.
• Manage a team of communications specialists, mentoring and coaching with support from senior leadership.
