Responsibilities

  • Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer engagement strategy aligned with our brand's vision, marketing objectives, and overall business goals.
  • Omnichannel Experience: Lead the creation of seamless and elevated consumer & community experiences across paid & organic media, PR and influencer marketing.
  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Oversee the development of captivating and shareable content that resonates with our target audience, reinforces our brand's unique personality, and sparks conversations.
  • Social Media Management: Drive our social media presence, creating engaging content calendars and considered advertising strategy, fostering community interaction, managing influencer collaborations, and staying ahead of emerging trends.
  • Community Building: Cultivate a vibrant and loyal customer community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and creating opportunities for connection and co-creation.
  • CRM & Personalization: Work with our CRM department to help personalize communications and create targeted campaigns that drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Track and analyse key engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies, improve performance, and inform decision-making.
  • PR & Influencer Management: Plan and execute engaging PR & influencer experiences, both in-person and virtual, that create memorable brand moments and foster deeper community connections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, ecommerce and creative to ensure consistent brand messaging and a unified customer experience.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, consumer behaviours, and social media innovations to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (7 years) in consumer engagement, social media marketing, or a related field, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry.
  • A passion for beauty, a love for our brand, and a genuine desire to connect with our customers.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and on-brand content.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and try new things.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
