Your Role

Infosys is seeking an HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Workday HCM. You will be responsible for requirements elicitation, design, build, and deployment of solutions supporting customer’s Workday HCM application.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play an important role in creating and developing transformation solutions for our clients. You will be involved in high-level design artifacts, participating in HCM digital projects, integration development, and collaborating with finance leads, technical product managers, and other teams to orchestrate digital solutions using Workday HCM.

Required Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in the software development life cycle.
• 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support projects, with relevant domain experience.
• Proficiency in all HCM processes and reports, and ability to suggest best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Cloud projects.
• Experience in HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Learning, Time & Labor.
• Experience in implementing IT/business solutions in Workday cloud, including integrations, reports, and business process customization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large and complex HCM projects in teams.
• Ability to independently drive customer discussions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technology solutions to diverse teams.
• Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle, Agile practices, and experience working in a global delivery environment.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
