Opportunity

This role offers the chance to transform wealth and asset managers in response to industry changes. We seek motivated individuals with experience helping asset managers, wealth managers, alternative managers, and asset servicers to transform their operations across front, middle, and back offices. You will work closely with large organizations, providing insights, advice, and supporting change management.

Our expertise in industry best practices and industry evolution means we are central to strategic changes for our clients, focusing on:

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in Wealth, Asset, or Investment Management, gained through roles at asset managers, top-tier consultancies, or financial services providers
• Experience in developing sales proposals
• Self-management skills
• At least three years of project delivery experience
• Good understanding of current market trends in the industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, BPR, CIMA, or CFA
• Knowledge of buy-side front/middle office, risk, compliance, advice, operations, Alternatives, or Asset Servicing
• Understanding of end-to-end processes in Wealth & Asset Management
