As a Senior Consultant for Veeva Systems, your responsibilities include:

• Participating in and leading business process due diligence, design, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements for CRM application implementation projects with pharma and consumer health organizations.
• Assisting in the on-time, high-quality delivery of Veeva Systems solution implementations on the Vault platform, taking roles such as Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, or PO/Business Analyst.
• Managing migrations of Veeva customer environments from SFDC platform to Vault platform.
• Traveling domestically and abroad as required.

What You'll Do

• Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects, autonomously covering assigned roles such as project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, or stream lead.
• Lead client workshops and meetings, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills in required languages.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise, offering guidelines and best practices, and articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate proactively on internal initiatives and projects.
• Coach consultants or junior resources, leading by example and providing support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Product Owner.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM implementation.
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to travel approximately 15%.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Certifications and implementation experience.
• Veeva certification and implementation experience.
• Additional European language skills.
