Causeway Technologies in Newbury is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead consultancy delivery, helping customers adopt Causeway’s integrated platform with a focus on Traffic Regulation and TROs. You will work across Product, Professional Services, Support and Commercial teams, sharing expertise, enhancing services, and guiding multi-product solutions that drive customer success and business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong consultancy experience delivering multi-stakeholder projects across software products.
• Deep domain knowledge in Traffic Regulation and TRO processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
• Desirable: Chartered Engineer status (CIHT) or similar membership.
• Degree or professional experience in traffic management, GIS, or digital platforms.
• PM certification (PRINCE2, APM) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver consultancy projects spanning multiple Causeway products.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and align delivery with platform capabilities.
• Produce deliverables like business cases, data workflows, and platform adoption plans.
• Mentor colleagues and support knowledge sharing across teams.
