Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation to work on complex engagements for Telecom, Media and Technology clients across Europe. You will join a vertically specialized team with a focus on strategy, transformation and transactions, collaborating with over 30 professionals from London and Barcelona hubs.

You'll help identify client challenges, perform rigorous analysis and deliver actionable insights to inform board-level decisions, often leading workstreams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional experience in consulting, strategy or transactions.
• Genuine interest in Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI tools to research or content production.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and FTI offices.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of client projects within FTI teams and with client personnel.
• Apply business, strategy and financial analysis to client situations including market sizing and modelling.
• Conduct primary/secondary research on public/private companies and markets in the TMT sector.
• Translate analysis into clear client-ready outputs with consistency and accuracy.
• Manage workload against deadlines and accept ongoing feedback.
