Your key responsibilities

You will be required to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects for our clients. This will include solution architecture, deployments, and delivery, as well as managing commercial and customer expectations in partnership with a member of the Project Management team or acting as project Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support incident management for the support team, ensuring robust troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to support and resolve incidents effectively for the support team.
• This role involves joint Application Management Service (support) and project implementation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants for design clarifications.
• Adhere to project timelines, ensuring no deadlines are missed, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Estimate, design, customize, and develop customer-specific requirements.
• Work closely with Functional Consultants to design MS Dynamics 365 F&O technical solutions.
• Review and create functional and technical design documents (TDD) with high quality and standards.
• Experience with system upgrades, Life Cycle Services (LCS), code deployment, code merging, and system optimizations.
• Deep knowledge of System Administration, Security Roles, and AI-based predictive analytics for identifying system issues.
• Deliver or participate in client workshops.
• Proactively analyze and gather business needs in collaboration with business leaders.
• Ensure high-quality documentation is created and managed according to project standards.
• Adhere to SDLC and Agile methodologies while preparing Technical Design Documents.
• Guide and mentor junior developers effectively.
• Engage in continuous learning on the latest Microsoft releases.
• Assist with pre-sales technical questions and responses.

Skills and attributes for success

• Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
• Strong technical requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
• Proficient in tools like X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control systems.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies, ideally using Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of GitHub for code repositories.
• Ability to operate independently and adapt to scope-based development.
• Knowledge of D365 FO concepts such as Extensions, COC, OData/Logic Apps, and AI tools.
• Understanding of D365FO and Power Platform within digital ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI services such as Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented with a client-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills and a passion for learning.
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices in enterprise environments with D365FO.
• Interest in D365FO and Power Platform, with awareness of their ecosystem roles.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft services like Azure and AI is a plus.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AI in project deployments.
