Your key responsibilities

You will be required to design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O projects for our clients, including solution architecture, deployments, and delivery. Manage customer expectations and collaborate with project teams or act as project lead.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Resolve incidents effectively for the support team.
• Participate in both application management support and project implementations.
• Collaborate with functional consultants for design clarifications.
• Adhere to project timelines and take ownership of tasks.
• Estimate, design, customize, and develop customer-specific requirements.
• Work with Functional Consultants to design technical solutions.
• Create and review functional and technical design documents.
• Experience with system upgrades, LCS, code deployment, and system optimizations.
• Knowledge of System Administration, Security Roles, and AI-based analytics.
• Deliver and participate in client workshops.
• Analyze business needs and document requirements.
• Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies for technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated on Microsoft releases.
• Assist with pre-sales technical questions.

Skills and attributes for success

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Platform is a plus.
• Strong requirements gathering skills.
• Proficiency with X++, C#, Visual Studio, and version control.
• Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of GitHub, D365 FO concepts, and broader digital ecosystems.
• Understanding of Azure, AI services, and related Microsoft tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Client-centric, results-oriented, and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and a passion for learning.
• Understanding of enterprise software engineering practices.
• Interest in D365FO and Power Platform.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge of Azure and AI in project deployments.
