Role: Senior Consultant – Team Leader | USA Contracts

Location: Billericay (On site 5 days a week)

USA working hours: Mon -Thursday 12:00pm - 21:00pm & Friday 12:00pm - 19:00pm

Darwin Recruitment is a global STEM recruitment agency with over 100 staff, based in Billericay & Amsterdam.

In our Billericay office, we are expanding our US service offering with a senior contracts recruiter who will work alongside Alex – our Associate Director – to establish our US contracts business from the UK. This role offers a fast-track to potential leadership within the organization.

With a successful US-focused business operating from the UK for over 8 years, we have a strong foundation. Our perm US business generated over $1 million in NFI last year. Our European contracts business is highly successful, generating £1.6 million in new sales and £1.9 million in extension revenue annually.

The goals for this role are:

Short Term: 0-12 months

• Establish a customer base within the US in our technical verticals
• Increase job flow to require additional delivery resources
• Collaborate and cross-sell into our US permanent teams' customer base
• Fill jobs within our existing US contract clients

Mid Term: 12-24 months

• Develop a runner/contractor book to enable further investment
• Grow the team in terms of headcount
• Hire, train, and develop consultants alongside our L&D team and onboarding program
• Contribute strategically to business growth and planning
• Longer-term vision for the role to be discussed during the interview
