We operate internationally, working for public and private clients across programme and project consultancy, including sustainability and asset management. Our core focus includes achieving Net Zero Carbon, with services like retrofit advisory, asset management, environmental ratings, and post-occupancy evaluation.

We seek a passionate Senior Consultant to deliver our net zero carbon retrofit advisory services. The role involves working with clients to baseline operational carbon and develop net zero roadmaps for Scope 1 and 2 emissions, including proposal development, project management, stakeholder coordination, site audits, and reporting.

The position is based in London with flexible working options and may require UK travel. Candidates should be able to attain UK security clearance.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in baselining Scope 1 and 2 operational carbon emissions.
• Building retrofit strategy development across various types.
• Understanding of building physics and technologies to improve performance.
• Conducting energy audits and calculating energy and carbon emissions.
• Knowledge of standards like UKGBC, CIBSE, LETI, CRREM, and funding routes like Salix Finance.
• Advising on sustainability at design, construction, and in-use stages.
• Modeling, workshop facilitation, and reporting on net zero roadmaps.
• Team coordination and proposal development skills.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and work independently.
• Flexibility, multitasking, and prioritization capabilities.
