Our client, one of London’s fastest growing strategic comms consultancies, is looking for their next stellar Senior Consultant. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors, learning from an incredible senior leadership team during an exciting period of growth.

This role plays a pivotal part in the running of the agency, positioned at the right hand of the Associate Directors and acting as a trusted advisor in their own right to clients, making a strong strategic contribution to accounts, and delivering exceptional work to their clients.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and enterprising candidate to be part of the next phase of growth of the consultancy (with expansions planned overseas!), and to help further shape the direction and culture of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy in partnership with senior colleagues and be able to independently devise complex comms programmes.
• Manage client teams and build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ensure that work is being consistently delivered to a high standard and that specific client needs are being met by the team at all levels.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts that help to deliver outcomes for clients and grow business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an agency setting working across sectors in corporate comms.
• Ability to manage a team of junior colleagues.
• In-depth knowledge of the media landscape in the UK and understanding of how to handle international media outlets.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and key sector journalists.
• Understanding of the wider digital landscape including social media, content marketing, and website development.
