Overview

Key duties (including, but not limited to):

  • Providing high quality support and advice to insurance and reinsurance clients in the UK and globally.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and building a network within the life insurance industry.
  • Identifying and developing further consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Delivering expertise in key areas relevant to your experience.
  • Collaborating across the business, especially with investment and risk transfer specialists, on cross-practice projects.
  • Promoting insurance offerings through conference speaking and article writing.
  • Developing new investment propositions for clients and prospects.

Qualifications required:

  • Likely qualified UK actuaries with relevant post-qualification experience or professionals with other relevant investment or quantitative risk qualifications, depending on experience.

Experience required:

  • Strategic business understanding and knowledge of insurance industry risks, gained in an in-house or consultancy setting.
  • Strong grounding in actuarial techniques and IT skills.
