We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join the Service Design Practice at EY Studio+ UK. This role requires demonstrable experience in service design within industry, with a portfolio of projects demonstrating application of service design to business or organizational challenges, either in-house or within consulting.

- Supervising junior consultants and providing feedback.

- Promoting process improvements and experimenting with ideas.
- Leading development and delivery of client and internal communications.
- Crafting ideation briefs and supporting workshop facilitation.
