We are seeking experienced financial services practitioners to join Deloitte's Actuarial Insurance & Banking team ('AI&B') as a Senior Consultant or Manager. The AI&B Banking team, which operates under Deloitte Consulting, designs and implements major financial resource management initiatives for Tier 1 banks globally, with the objective of delivering shareholder returns. Initiatives include financial resourcing strategy, operational framework, and risk and regulatory considerations, grounded in the banking sector and supported by analytical methodologies and tools. You will join a team of 30 management consultants with diverse analytical skills, industry experience and banking backgrounds, including experts in financial analysis, economics, quantitative modelling, and data science from both industry and advisory backgrounds across strategy, finance, treasury, risk, regulatory, commercial, and operational domains. Over the past three years, the banking team has grown rapidly with low attrition, and growth is expected to continue as clients seek help to guide strategies, measure and manage performance, allocate scarce financial resources, develop customer service innovations, manage risk, respond to regulatory and other stakeholder demands, and optimise operations.
