We are seeking a Senior Consultant in Risk Management, with a focus on capital projects risk management. The role involves supporting multiple clients through our Programme Advisory services, including PMO support across the region. The ideal candidate will provide robust risk advice and assurance on capital project portfolios and help expand our team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Risk Management capability across our projects and providing enterprise-level risk management advice.
  • Guiding and executing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, advising project directors and clients.
  • Supporting the implementation of risk management strategies and frameworks, facilitating workshops, and developing policies.
  • Identifying and analyzing risks and value management interventions, including lessons learned.

Business Development:

  • Contributing to business profitability by identifying new opportunities and developing innovative value propositions.

People Development:

  • Providing guidance, coaching, and training to junior staff, sharing knowledge, and supporting bids and project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 7-10 years experience in infrastructure, specifically in Risk Management.
  • Experience in Big 4, consulting, or advisory firms preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management and risk management standards (Prince2, APM, ISO 31000, COSO, IRM, PMI).

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the GCC region and work independently or as part of a team.
