• 4+ ans d'expérience en recherche qualitative (agence ou conseil).

• Confiance en gestion de projet et interactions client.

Responsibilities

• Diriger des projets de recherche qualitative depuis la conception jusqu'à la livraison.
• Encadrer et former les membres juniors de l'équipe.
• Rédiger des rapports et recommandations stratégiques.

As a Senior Consultant (Research Manager), you’ll:

• Lead the charge on qualitative research projects – from design through delivery.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them thrive.
• Craft compelling, insight-driven reports and strategic recommendations.
• Take charge of client communication and presentations.
• Track project budgets and contribute to proposals and pitches.
• Champion smart, digital-first thinking in all things research.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years’ experience in qualitative research (agency or consultancy)
• A passion for impactful insights and storytelling
• Confidence in project management, leading client interactions, and contributing to business development
