North-Gate is seeking a Senior Consultant - Quantum, Dispute Resolution in London to advise on quantum, commercial, and contractual matters within major construction projects. You will support Expert Witnesses in arbitrations and tribunals, and help prepare high-value claims with forensic analysis.

This role offers exposure to landmark projects and active business development. You should bring strong experience in quantum analysis and disputes, ideally with cross-sector insight from consultancy

What You'll Be Doing:

• Advising clients on quantum, commercial, and contractual matters across major construction and engineering projects.
• Supporting Expert Witnesses in arbitrations, tribunals, and complex dispute proceedings.
• Assessing and preparing high-value claims, working closely with directors on forensic analysis and strategic advice.
• Collaborating with colleagues on landmark projects in excess of £1BN in value.
• Playing an active role in business development and promoting the company in the market.
• Contributing to a dynamic, loyal, and team-driven culture.

What They are Looking For:

• Strong experience in quantum analysis and claims management, ideally from both consultancy and contractor environments.
• Background in building, infrastructure, oil & gas, or power sectors preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, ideally with additional legal qualifications/memberships.
• A forensic mindset — analytical, problem-solving, and detail-driven.
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills are key.
• A motivated team player with a real interest in dispute resolution, legal services, and expert witness work.
