  • Set up a fit-for-purpose PMO function that will support governance delivery, prioritisation, and programme tracking

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Management consulting experience, ideally in public sector
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks within complex transformation programmes (ideally public sector or housing)
  • Strong PMO leadership background with a strategic mindset
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, service design, and organisational change
  • Ability to rapidly assess, recommend, and implement fit-for-purpose structures and processes
  • Comfortable working in high-ambiguity and high-accountability environments
