Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Sidcup is seeking a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Lead for Autism Services. The role is Band 8c, part-time (30 hours per week) at Queen Marys Hospital, Sidcup, with a salary of £85,641–£97,746 per annum.

You will lead governance and supervise the ASD team, ensuring high-quality psychological care across care settings. You will oversee assessments, CPD, policy development and research, with a strong emphasis on professional supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Registered clinical psychologist with UK regulatory body and NHS experience.
• Experience leading autism services and clinical governance responsibilities.
• Proven ability to supervise psychologists and support CPD/education.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist psychological assessments using complex data.
• Lead and govern psychology services, ensuring high quality care.
• Supervise other psychologists and provide CPD and training.
• Develop policy, audit, research activities and service development.
