Job description

VERY EXCITING FOR YOU.

Excellent Negotiation Skills. You will be responsible for developing negotiation strategies and conducting negotiations with our clients across various industries, including automotive, retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and more. As a negotiation expert, you will play a key role in strategically significant projects. Additionally, you will serve as the point of contact both externally for our clients and internally for our project teams regarding negotiation expertise.

Negotiation Training. You will be responsible for developing and conducting negotiation training sessions, both externally for our clients and internally within our company. You will enable our project teams to excel in their negotiations by sharing your expertise and negotiation skills.

Development of Expertise. With your knowledge, you will drive the development of the Negotiation Excellence Center and build knowledge within our company. You will further develop your skills by participating in negotiation projects across different industries, clients, and countries.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR US.

University degree with above-average grades, preferably in economics or mathematics, with a background in game theory, and 2-8 years of relevant professional experience.

Comprehensive expertise in preparing and conducting negotiations, experience in applying various negotiation approaches, proven successful negotiation results, and preferably experience in developing and conducting negotiation training.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent organizational talent, and the ability to manage multiple demanding projects simultaneously. Dedicated, customer-oriented, and cooperative mindset, openness, and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Confident demeanor in an international environment, fluent English skills, and preferably a second European language. Flexibility for professional mobility.
