Workforce and Organisation (W&O) is a core capability unit at Capgemini Invent, focusing on people-centric transformation across sectors. It comprises three teams, including Programme & Change Acceleration (P&CA), which is the focus of this role. P&CA leads transformation programme delivery and change management expertise.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Programme and Portfolio Management, you will deliver complex transformation projects across various sectors. With an agile mindset and strong P3M skills, you will guide clients through their transformation journeys, providing strategic insights based on market trends and emerging challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of work streams independently, mentoring junior team members to foster capability development.
• Implement P3M methodologies on client projects to advance P&CA thought leadership.
• Contribute to internal training pathways to enhance capabilities in automation, tooling, and P3M methods.
• Apply fact-based problem-solving to deliver insights and solutions to clients.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and support the development of P3M offerings.

Additional Opportunities

Contribute to business development activities like proposals, RFPs, and client pitches; participate in internal campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development; pursue learning and certifications to support your growth.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience delivering complex transformation initiatives, with expertise in governance, stakeholder, and risk management.
• Experience managing workstreams or small projects, delegating tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of multiple P3M approaches and methodologies.
• Experience with automation solutions, AI, RPA, etc.
• Strong commercial awareness and people development skills.

Desirable skills include holding relevant P3M qualifications (e.g., MSP, MoP, P3O, PMP, PROSCI), familiarity with technologies like S4/Hana, Workday, Salesforce, and experience in consulting environments. UK security vetting (SC) is preferred.
