Job summary

Enfuse Group is seeking a senior transformation consultant to guide data-driven, process-led change across client environments in the UK. You will combine process intelligence, analytics, and automation to deliver measurable outcomes while mentoring junior consultants.

You will lead workshops, shape roadmaps, and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to realise value across Finance, Procure-to-Pay, and operations, in a flexible hybrid setup from London or client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in management or transformation consulting.
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives in complex client environments.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing project deliverables.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, R2R, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Experience with Celonis or SAP Signavio Process Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvement opportunities via data analysis and diagnostics.
• Deliver process mining insights using Celonis or Signavio.
• Build value assessments, ROI models, and business cases.
• Facilitate workshops and value discovery sessions.
• Define transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Translate insights into actionable business opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Lead workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery and governance.
• Support end-to-end transformation lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across business and tech.
• Present recommendations and realised value to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to Process Excellence capabilities and best practices.
• Support proposal development and account growth.
