Job description
Overview

We're seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Operational Intelligence team - a practitioner who can manage the end-to-end delivery of process excellence and AI/automation solutions. This role is about managing the execution: guiding discovery, shaping solution design, orchestrating delivery squads, and embedding adoption. You will act as the bridge between process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering) and AI/automation capabilities (process mining, RPA, IDP, conversational AI, agentic orchestrators, low-code platforms) - ensuring our clients achieve both efficiency and innovation at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end process excellence and/or AI/automation programs: discovery, design, build, deployment, and adoption.
  • Apply process intelligence and process excellence methods to identify execution gaps, frame opportunities, and design future-state processes.
  • Run client workshops and assessments, linking automation, AI, and process improvement to measurable KPIs and business value.
  • Act as engagement lead in client projects: accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and value realisation.
  • Ensure change management and adoption, embedding governance, training, and ways of working.
  • Support pre-sales and bids: solution blueprints, demo builds, PoVs, ROI models, and executive pitches.
  • Shape and evolve our consulting offerings - packaging accelerators, use case libraries, and intelligent operating model frameworks.
  • Help clients navigate vendor/tooling options (Celonis, UiPath, Power Platform, n8n, CoPilot, Appian, SAP Signavio).
Operational Intelligence & Process Excellence
  • Use process mining, task mining, and diagnostics to uncover hidden value and redesign processes.
  • Build business cases for transformation by quantifying benefits (efficiency, cost, compliance, customer experience).
  • Embed continuous improvement practices to ensure automations and AI solutions deliver lasting value.
  • Combine Lean Six Sigma, process optimisation, and automation to create holistic operating model improvements.
Internal Capability Growth
  • Champion AI and process excellence adoption inside Enfuse: help consultants embed process intelligence, copilots, and automation tools in daily work.
  • Build and maintain internal IP: delivery playbooks, accelerators, reusable components, and Enfuse Knowledge Graph contributions.
  • Share lessons from client projects to strengthen our AI-first consultancy model.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
  • Lead agile delivery squads of consultants, engineers, and client teams.
  • Coach junior consultants in delivery best practices and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster a culture of human + AI teaming, showing how to combine process excellence with intelligent automation.
  • 3+ years in transformation delivery, with hands-on exposure to process excellence, automation, or AI initiatives.
  • Track record of end-to-end program management (discovery design build deployment adoption).
  • Strong grounding in process excellence.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Celonis, UiPath, MS Power Platform, Appian, SAP Signavio, n8n, CoPilot Studio.
  • Strong facilitation and storytelling skills - from process workshops to boardroom pitches.
Desirable
  • Sector experience in Travel & Transport, Retail & Hospitality, Public Sector, or Higher Education.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations transformations.
  • Understanding of agentic AI orchestration frameworks (multi-agent workflows, copilots).
  • Background in governance, change management, or adoption frameworks.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is something we take very seriously at Enfuse, not just because we advise our clients on it, but because we genuinely believe in its benefits for society, people, and our company. We are an equal opportunity employer and truly embrace diversity in all its forms. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all of our people to flourish in by allowing our people to be their authentic selves at work.

What you’ll gain from this role
  • Deliver end-to-end process excellence and AI/automation programs - not just advise.
  • Shape how process intelligence and automation combine to deliver sustainable client outcomes.
  • Help Enfuse become an AI-first consultancy by embedding process and AI tools across our teams.
  • Work at the frontier of process mining, automation, and AI-enabled transformation, with opportunities to grow IP, build accelerators, and own client outcomes.
Benefits
  • Financial Perks: Competitive salary and pension, company performance bonus, and travel allowance.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Private medical healthcare, £40 monthly wellness allowance, gym membership discounts, and eye test vouchers.
  • Time Off: 25 days holiday (plus public holidays), option to buy 5 extra days, 1 company day off, and 1 volunteering day off.
  • Career Growth: In-house training, monthly 1:1 career path meetings, and support for professional certifications.
