Job description

You're driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart.

In this role, you will help make life science organisations more effective, particularly in complex specialty markets, while giving products the strategic support they require. This position will allow you to build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams. You will:

  1. Achieve billable utilisation targets in service to customer engagements.
  2. Demonstrate strong project management skills through the proactive management of individual project responsibilities. You will manage workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively. You must be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets.
  3. Understand project roles and responsibilities and the overall impact on the broader customer contract and statement of work. You will exhibit exceptional attention to detail while supporting project management/leadership with the creation of project deliverables and the day-to-day management of customer relationships.
  4. Actively participate in, and begin to take on, leadership roles, through company-sponsored events, training, and professional development opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organisation of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy for pre-defined problems)
  • Drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
