Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY UK, is hiring a Senior Consultant (Manager) to lead Life Sciences pricing and market access strategy engagements from London. You will guide pricing, reimbursement and market access workstreams across pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech clients, partnering with HEOR, medical affairs and broader commercial teams to deliver transformational results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in strategy consulting or market access roles.
• Experience leading multiple projects or workstreams and managing teams to deliver high‑quality results.
• Strong pricing, reimbursement and market access expertise with launch readiness and contracting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of engagements or major workstreams with clear scope, plans, governance and quality standards.
• Structure pricing and market access questions, oversee primary and secondary research and quantitative analysis.
• Direct work across pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy, value proposition, HTA and evidence strategy.
• Design and lead interviews, advisory boards, client workshops and working sessions.
• Synthesize evidence into clear recommendations and client-ready stories for senior stakeholders.
• Build client relationships and drive proposals, pitches and business development.
• Coach and develop junior staff while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing team environment.
