The role focuses on developing the skills and capabilities of the university’s workforce, supporting the university’s strategy, and advising senior stakeholders on organisational development issues.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time role with authority over professional advice and resource management. The role involves strategic planning, problem-solving, and influencing policy and practice across the university.
