Alexander Lloyd is seeking a Senior Consultant - Group Risk & Healthcare to join its Workplace Health & Wellbeing team in the UK. The role will focus on managing and growing a portfolio of clients, delivering strategic risk and healthcare consulting and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

You will lead scheme reviews, support renewal and broking activities, and identify new business opportunities while staying current with market developments and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within Employee Benefits, specifically Group Risk & Healthcare market.
• Experience managing client relationships within a consultancy, advisory, or broker environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of developing and growing client accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

A leading UK professional services and employee benefits consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Consultant - Group Risk & Healthcare to join its growing Workplace Health & Wellbeing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a varied portfolio of clients, including large and complex organisations, while playing a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Our client operates a flexible hybrid working arrangement of two days a week in the office, three days working from home, and can be aligned to any of their UK offices.

The Role
