The opportunity

You will work with clients on projects throughout the firm’s lifecycle:

• Establish: Supporting new market entrants with establishment and authorization.
• Operate: Assisting firms in maintaining and adapting to market and regulatory changes, covering governance, risk management, liquidity, treasury, capital planning, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare: Helping firms prepare recovery and resolution plans, including Solvent Wind Down procedures.

Our work involves analyzing UK and international financial regulations. Our clients include retail, commercial, and investment banks, capital markets firms, FinTechs, and payment/e-money firms.
