Job Description:

Sia is looking for a talented Senior Consultant in financial services to support our FS practice in London, mainly serving Tier 1 companies. The consultant will work closely with client teams, leading cross-functional initiatives around large transformations and high-stakes projects.

The role offers opportunities to develop experience across our wider client base, support various projects in other sectors, participate in business development, and contribute to Sia’s innovative consulting practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple work streams to execute project plans

• Generating and managing program/project charters including vision, governance, scope, goals, benefits, risks, and success metrics

• Managing dependencies between projects and milestones

• Communicating directly with leadership

• Facilitating requirements gathering and creating integrated project plans

• Managing client expectations and communications

• Synthesizing information from multiple teams to analyze issues, mitigate risks, and solve problems

Business development support:

• Supporting proposals and identifying new target clients

• Building and maintaining relationships with key executives

• Supporting daily project activities and recruiting efforts

• Contributing to thought leadership and solutions development

Qualifications:

• Experience delivering projects within Financial Services, especially Asset Management, Finance Transformation, or Performance Management

• Data analysis skills

• Flexible mindset and willingness to learn

• Preferred: consulting and audit experience

Skills & Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree

• Client-facing management consulting experience

• 3+ years of program/project management experience

• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
