Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing environmental policy practice. Our environment practice works extensively with UK Government departments (e.g., Defra), agencies, the European Commission (e.g., DG Environment), NGOs, and industry associations.

The role involves economic analysis and evaluation of public policies, programs, and contexts, focusing on issues such as biodiversity, protected areas, agriculture, fisheries, and food safety.

In the UK, we support Defra with research and analysis for the Environmental Land Management scheme, biodiversity targets, fisheries enforcement, and nutrient pollution reduction. In the EU, we research marine protected areas, support the European Commission’s blue growth policies, and evaluate animal welfare strategies.

From day one, you will contribute to diverse assignments through research and analysis impacting public policy decisions. We offer training, career development, mentoring, and community engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
