CyberCX is a leading independent cyber security services organization. To support growing demand from our clients, we are looking for Consultants to join our industry-leading Strategy & Consulting practice.

Strategy & Consulting works with Board-Level Executives and the C-Suite of global leading commercial and government organizations. As CyberCX's dedicated Strategy Consulting practice, our purpose is to identify solutions to our clients' most challenging cyber security problems.

We are searching for high performing candidates, from both technical and non-technical backgrounds, who can lead others in delivering meaningful outcomes to our clients. We welcome applicants with experience across areas such as cyber security, management and technology consulting, organizational psychology, change management, research and design, and national security roles.

In this role, you will:

1. Work as part of a team to deliver complex cyber security projects, including security strategies, roadmaps, and operating models for Board-Level Executives and C-Suite leaders of leading commercial and government organizations.
2. Support discovery activities with client stakeholders to inform the creation of deliverables and shape outcomes as part of large engagements.
3. Support the development of components of cyber security strategies, roadmaps, and target operating models to enhance customer capabilities in the cyber security domain.
4. Prepare high-quality reports detailing issues, making recommendations, and identifying solutions.
5. Work collaboratively with the CyberCX Sales team to identify solutions to complex client problems and to support the building of proposals and responses to bids and tenders.
6. Build your cyber security knowledge and experience with the team, our clients, and the wider security industry.

About you:

1. Broad understanding of technology and a passion for cyber security.
2. 2+ years' experience, ideally working within a consulting firm, large government agency, or technology provider.
3. Demonstrated experience taking part in engagements delivering key client outcomes.
4. Experience working as a member of a delivery team.
5. Proven track record of delivering excellent client outcomes in a professional environment.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Confident and assured presentation skills - at ease working with Senior Executives.
8. Willingness to travel out of state and internationally as required to support our clients.
9. Qualifications or certifications in areas such as Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Political Science, Psychology, Law, or Business.
